What is the purpose of life ?

The purpose of life is a question that has puzzled philosophers, theologians, and scientists for centuries. There are many different answers to this question, and what may be the purpose of life for one person may be different for another. Some people believe that the purpose of life is to find happiness, to achieve success, to make a positive impact on the world, to fulfill one's potential, or to find meaning and purpose through relationships, spirituality, or personal growth.

Others believe that the purpose of life is simply to exist, to experience the world and all that it has to offer, and to enjoy the journey of living. Some people believe that the purpose of life is to seek knowledge and understanding, to explore and discover, or to pursue personal or creative interests.

Ultimately, the purpose of life is a deeply personal and subjective question, and each person must decide for themselves what they believe the purpose of life is.

Facebook - Cambridge Analytica Data Leak & Why it that doesn’t matter much to you ?

Recently you saw in most news that facebook allowed to leak the private data via 'Cambridge Analytica' political consulting firm that collected the user details by "thisisyourdigitallife" app and later it used that for the US presidential elections 2017 & incidentally that helped for the victory of Donald trump.

Facebook CEO & Co-founder 'Mark Zuckerberg' itself admitted the mistake, takes the full responsibility and seek the unconditional apology to the people all over the world.

Now what am coming to convey here is, Yes it’s a big fault. Tech giant like facebook couldn’t have to allow this kind of error. Hope it will rectify from this issue and he assured it now. But people are very angry now and started to thrash mark & created a hashtag like #deletefacebook and made it trending worldwide.

First we have to understand if one application/software is providing its usage to the customer without collecting any amount upfront, sure they will get something return from them for exchage with or without their knowledge.

For example we cant imagine our day to day lives without the usage of email. Google’s email provider ‘Gmail’ provides us multiple usages & 15 GB of free storage space in cloud without asking any kind of charge from us. How they are providing this much facilities to the people from the entire world for free ? They are a non-profit organisation ? Hell, NO.

They are providing these to us for the exchange of our personal details & we are agreed to this while sign up for the services.

Is it Shocking ??
Cool. It’s not that much scarier like you think, they don’t use the sensitive information & steal your money.Instead of that, they are closely monitoring every details, movements of you and they will provide that particular  sources to the people needed that  information.

Always remember that once you entered online, everything you do there is traceable & scalable. It is called as ‘Digital Footprints’.

People forget about the agreement that they granted the permission when they started to use this kind of free web services. Every organization like gmail , facebook clearly stated this kind of taking the data in their terms & conditions. But, we were not reading that well & ready to blame them in this kind of some wrong incidents.

Finally, what’s the solution for this kind of data breaching is people have to delete / deactivate / remove their accounts.

Do you think it’s possible ? Definitely not. We people are used to this kind of  digital technologies. We are living in a digital evolution, So be careful & aware of what data you are sharing in online.

The Biggest Contribution of Language To Humanity

Hey Chaps, Happy to be back after veryyy long time. Today am going to talk about the language’s role & importance in our day to day life.

Language is one of the things that separating the mankind from the rest of the other creatures living in this universe.  We can’t imagine this earth without the function of language. By using language only, we can communicate to the other person what exactly we think in our mind.

According to the Internet, there are more than 7000 languages in the world & 22 major languages in India (approx.)

India’s 22 official languages as follows in (alphabetically) :  Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati,Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santhali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Now, I have to mention the indisputable role of the ‘English’ language in our lives. English is the dominant language which having its influence in many field of work. English is the global link language that can’t be easily replaced by any other languages, also it is one of the most commonly spoken language in the world. One of  the English’s benefits is its flexible nature, you can say one thing in multiple ways by using the huge range of vocabulary. Nowadays, half of the content produced in the internet is in English language only. So, it will allows you to access an extraordinary amount of  wealthy information that available in online.

Every language is most precious to its native speakers, everyone wishes their language to be an official one in their region. For a country like India, one official language is absolutely not possible at all. This is a country that has different cultures & various traditions.

But some people can’t understand this kind of feelings and pushing others to “One Nation – One Language” (Hindi). I can’t deny Hindi is mostly talked by many people  & it helps for better communication. But insisting everyone to learn it and imposing it everywhere is completely atrocious.

In our democratic country, the current ruling government giving us the Authoritarian regime like removing the regional language in Bank ATMs, Metro Trains & Milestones and replacing it with ‘Hindi’ is highly condemnable.

In this phase, am going to say about the people’s respect towards their language & their sensitivity over it. Many people are more fond towards that and become rage when someone insults it. In some cases, disagreement between the people over language leads to violence.

In Tamilnadu, the people here are claiming the language ‘Tamil’ is the mother of all languages and saying that it’s the first & ancient one to be talked by that period people.
I can understand the greatness of the language & admit this language deserves a special attention.

But some people went one step above and saying this language needs to be respected more & speaking that gives them the pride. I clearly don’t understand the whole concept behind it. Language is just a tool to explain our needs to others and it doesn’t needs to be glorified.
Because, we just can’t survive with this one language & it will change depends on the location.

In a nutshell, every language to be praised for making this earth a better place. But it doesn’t needs any respect at all.
Live & Let live #RespectHumanity

P.S: The above article purely based on my perception & doesn’t intend to hurt any beliefs.

Situation of Information Technology & Intellectual Community in Madurai

For over thirty years, Information technology is growing its roots in the India's major cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Pune etc.

Initially, in India our professionals hired on contract to complete the job in the United states and other foreign countries. But today, India is recognized as a great intellectual community, with great respect on the world stage, with the service sector provides the significant revenue. Basically, this kind of jobs are located in the cities of the first class, but the field technicians who work under this industry mostly born in the small cities and grew there only. They are looking for the opportunities to work after finishing their studies. Then they go to the big cities and migrated there.

The role of the Southern Districts:
Almost more than one third person of IT personnels are from the Tamilnadu. From those the southern districts are at the top, Then the central districts are at next and the northern districts are at third. Software Engineers working extensively in Chennai are mostly from the southern part of the district. The Indian IT sector's roots  mostly belong to the southern districts. The Central Global Investors conference held by the State last year guaranteed the development of the Southern Districts of the state. After that the situation changing rapidly. For the development of the southern part, the HCL company which started to run immediately after finishing the construction work. During the last ten years, ‘Honeywell’ the Multinational Company (75th place in the America's top 100 companies), operating from Madurai has contributed much to the development of information technology in Madurai. Currently, the company has further plans for expansion in large numbers helped many multinational companies to start their functions here.
Like them, many multinational companies having a major commitment in the southern districts wants the industry to grow, make every effort in the interest of  their own soil. In Madurai, the 'Elcot' Institute completed their construction tasks in Ilanthaikulam and Vadapalanji and the both IT parks are kept on standby. Because of the economic recession and companies in big cities wants to strengthen their firm, here the industry did not develop as anticipated.

 Is Madurai Violent city?
Madurai and the false appearances are always a barrier to the development of the industry in this city. In the films, they are showing  Madurai does not have the proper conditions that are indicated to the IT department. But here the companies like TVS, Madura Coats and Fenner are functioning very well for a long time.

Madurai has been always at the top of Tourism and retail trade. Also, it is a second largest market in Tamilnadu. Some people are spreading false information about Madurai that there are no fit people for IT department here. But, here is more educated people contain necessary quality & good technical ability. Also there are many youths working in Chennai and Bangalore from here. Some people are saying Government and Industries are not integrating well on bringing the  IT companies to the Madurai.

Change & Communication are Essential:
Usually multinational corporate companies chose their targets and then hand over the responsibilities to their employees. After that the employees are going to work regardless of day and night. Working like these are somewhat inconvenient for the employees from the Madurai city people who are living with culture concentration. However, the people making use of  these difficulties will shine in the field quickly and goes into the higher position like young leader, salary hike and get the best opportunities.
The universal language of communication is English. Those who are proficient in that language will get the success easily in this field. Actually, we need to change our English accents for the general people. The important characteristic virtues such as teamwork and punctuality are must for this kind of works.

The Madurai city and municipal administrations are developing the basic infrastructures. In addition, the declaration of Madurai 'Smart City' project strengthens the confidence. Technology-based knowledge, flexibility, capacity for innovation, imagination, work-oriented environment to transform themselves are meant to be the highlight of the Southern District’s educated youths. Also the natural business knowledge helps more. In the British ruling period, the people who started the shipping transport are from the Southern districts. Tuticorin and Colachel are becoming stronger ports, Kudankulam based large-scale nuclear projects, road and water infrastructures are announced by the State government in recent times. By integrating all this, we have to take advantage of this growth towards IT development projects.

DEEPAVALI and DIWALI

Hi friends, we are just after the week of one of the famous festivals that celebrated in all over India and by the Indians who living abroad.

Actually, I didn’t know why the Villains were from south and the Saviour who saves the people, from them were from the north always.
(Example: Narahasura – Krishna & Raavana – Rama)
I can’t find any little bit of reliable fact in these kind of mythical stories. People are used to believe and celebrate the Aryas oppressing Dravidas are right and questioning it is wrong.

Basically, I don’t wish people in this day and doesn’t expect any kind of wishes. Because, I am not ok with both ‘Deepavali’ and ‘Diwali’. I just think it’s a day in a year for refreshing and rejoicing with friends and family. I use this day to get together with the people. We have to enjoy this day, cherish the moments and convert it to the beautiful memories.

Continuous festivals are always a burden to the middle class people. Spending a money is very easy, but earning is not. So think many times before you spend your hard-earned money for useless things. Buy the products that you need & don’t fall for luxury in this kind of days.

I don’t have any idea about burning the crackers is good or not. I am neither supporting nor against of it. Its their wish to celebrate in that type, but just think about the surroundings and play safe with it.

At last, what I am coming to say is that don’t tell the imaginary baseless stories to the future generation, teach them to celebrate the day with love to the beautiful relations.

FAN BASED WARS

Fan based war is always a curse to a good cinema, neutral audience and now even for a normal person. Nowadays If we are talking about one actor or watching one actor's film, then some people pretend that we hate the another rivalry actor. Why this much hatred? When all this will Ends?!

Hey folks, this is Ganz again. In this blog am going to share about the fan based wars that never have a conclusion. In my previous post, we saw about the Debacle of Cinema & people's love towards it. Here we are going to see about how the people having the craze only to the particular actor and not to the cinema.

Today I will discuss about the fan based fights according to the best of my knowledge. I don't want to talk about the past because I don't know the fights that happened before my birth. But I am damn sure about that fights were not that much worst like this era.

Mostly the famous lead actors are friends and the rivalry created between them only for the commercial purposes by the media. Even though the different actor’s fans are good friends, they are fighting against each other for silly reasons only because of this actors. In the recent times, the fan based wars going to the extreme level. In the social networking sites as well as real world, the so-called ardent fans go crazy when the rivalry actor's fans teasing or trolling their favorite actor. At sometimes some guys goes to one step ahead and abuse the actor's family and also the person's family who trolled like that actor.

Nowadays the social networking sites become easier and everyone can spend most of the times there. But this typical die-hard fans misusing the power of social medium. On the famous micro-blogging site named 'Twitter', these fans are used to create the tags to wish their favorite actor's birthday, anniversary & special days and it will trending national level. But this is not a problem, some ill-hearted fans trending a vulgar words against the rivalry actors for no reason.

The hero's worshipping is equal to the worshipping of god in this era. When the new film comes to cinema, this kind of radical fans used to pour the milk, show the camphor in hand to the postures & celebrating like it as a Festival. Some people go one step ahead and crack the coconuts in road & burning many crackers in their hard-earned money. Recently I read a news about one idiotic man who hypothecate his wife’s mangalsutra to arrange a cutout (banner) for his hero's newly released film.

Praising one person’s effort & enjoying for it is fine, but degrading another person for nothing is definitely a stupid thing. Healthy competition between the actors is ok, but this kind of useless fights between the fans is completely atrocious.

I want the lead actors to come out and say to their fans to don’t involve in these kind of horrendous activities.  #NoMoreFights #Peace

THE DEBACLE OF CINEMA

Hi Folks, in this Blog am going to share my perception on the current trend of cinema. Forgive me if I am wrong at any place(words) or opposite to your point of view.

Now lets get straight to the point. I am fond of watching films even I cant understand the language, Subtitles helped me a lot to watch the various languages movies. Till now I saw the movies in Korean, Marathi, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi & Malayalam. I have no problem with My mother tongue (Tamizh) and  global communication (English) language movies.

Cinema is the one gigantic medium that can easily covers all the people with its magic. It’s an illusion that have the power to attract any human being. In the past years, one good cinema can run 100 days, 200 days and even 365 days(1Year). That showed the people’s love towards cinema and the quality of it. But in the recent times, one film can barely runs one month and reaching 50 days is a huge achievement. And then now the situation gets even worse, one movie running 3 days successfully is a very hard task for the film makers. Also the directors & producers are trying to gain profit from the opening week itself.

The rise of technology is a great thing for an every individual person. But I am damn sure that the same technology ruined the interest of people towards cinema. In addition with the technology, the very dangerous piracy joined with it to kill the every film maker’s innovation.

The fall of cinema happened because it went to the corporate’s greedy hands nowadays. So the normal audience have to pay more than normal for watching a film with their family. Even the government fixed some price regulations for the theaters, but nobody is following it on the opening weekend. So the eager common man have to pay that additional amount from their hard earned money to satisfy the wish.

Then we will see how the piracy changed the people’s mind to watch the film in theaters. In the old times, we can get the DVD copies of the film only after the long days of the official release in theaters. But now anyone can easily get the pirated copies in shops and everyone can download from the websites. In the recent times, the piracy goes to the next level. Many films got released in internet before the official release in theaters. This will leads to the huge loss for producers and it will affects the directors creative thinking. Example: The Expendables 3, Mapla Singam, Udta Punjab and Great Grand Masti 3.

Recently, the most expected film named ‘KABALI’ released in four languages (Tamizh, Telugu, Hindi & Malay) released on July 22, 2016 at 3200 screens in India and 2000 screens in Overseas. That movie hyped very much by the producer and had a huge promotions even in the AirAsia plane.  So, the film ticket rates were hiked by three times than the normal rates in the opening weekend. But after the screening of premiere show & first two shows, that film got many negative reviews. In the global video-sharing website ‘Youtube’, the so-called reviewers bashed the film badly and in the social-networking sites like facebook and twitter, lot of people spread the negative reviews.

Despite the court order to release the film Kabali online, one of the  Uncrowned Piracy website named “Tamilrockers” and “Tamilgun” released the film early morning itself after the two shows of the film in theatres. Many people can’t afford to buy the tickets downloaded that pirated copy within the few minutes after the uploading of that sites.

Apart from these technology & piracy’s rise, the harsh word of mouth in the name of reviews killed the life span of many good films. Nowadays everyone can put the review easily in the websites (social networking). If they don’t like or understand the film, they say the film is worst or bad. Somebody starts to putting reviews in the theatres instead of watching the film. This will badly hurts & discourages the film maker’s creative thinking. The consequence of this kind of reviews lead to a good movie flopping at the box-office and the producers facing a big loss. We cannot stop these kind of genius reviewers now. But what’s possible now is to protect the cinema is neutralize the tickets rate and fighting hardly against the piracy.
